Fortune Business Insights values the market at $353.64 billion in 2026, up from $327.01 billion in 2025. It projects $741.60 billion by 2034, a 9.7% CAGR.

Business Process Outsourcing Market Revenue at Teleperformance and Concentrix

Both customer experience providers reported growth below 2% in their latest reported quarters.

Teleperformance: H1 2026 Revenue Down 1.7% Like-for-Like

Teleperformance (TP) reported H1 2026 revenue of €4,883 million, down 1.7% like-for-like and 4.5% as reported. Q2 improved to -1.2% like-for-like from -2.2% in Q1.

Trust & Safety declines and faster offshoring drove the drop, according to the company. Excluding Trust & Safety, group revenue grew 1.7% like-for-like.

Specialized Services fell 3.9% like-for-like to €663 million. The non-renewal of a large visa application contract weighed on the unit.

Guidance for 2026 stayed at 0.0% to 2.0% like-for-like growth. Third-quarter revenue is scheduled for November 5, 2026.

Concentrix: Fiscal Q2 2026 Revenue by Vertical

Concentrix reported $2,462.5 million in revenue for the quarter ended May 31, 2026. That is 1.9% growth as reported and 0.6% at constant currency.

Banking, financial services and insurance grew 13%, the fastest of the six verticals. Healthcare fell 14%.

Full-year fiscal 2026 guidance calls for $9.925 billion to $10.025 billion, or 0.25% to 1.25% constant-currency growth. Fiscal 2025 revenue was $9,825.8 million, up 2.2%.

Fiscal Q3 2026 results are scheduled for release on September 29, 2026.

Which BPO Providers Are Growing Fastest in 2026?

Among the four providers covered here, Genpact and EXL posted the highest Q2 2026 growth. Both link that growth to data and AI services in their results releases.

Genpact: Advanced Technology Solutions Reaches 27% of Revenue

Genpact net revenues reached $1,343.4 million in Q2 2026, up 7.1% (6.9% at constant currency). Advanced Technology Solutions grew 24.1% to $363.3 million, or 27% of the total.

Core Business Services rose 1.9% to $980.1 million. For 2026, the company now expects Advanced Technology Solutions growth of at least 25% and total net revenue growth of at least 7%.

Net revenues for full-year 2025 were $5.080 billion, up 6.6%.

EXL: 2026 Revenue Guidance Raised to 2.390B–2.415B

EXL reported Q2 2026 revenue of $594.8 million, up 15.6% as reported and 15.9% at constant currency. Q1 2026 revenue was $570.4 million, up 13.8%.

Full-year guidance moved up from 2.30billion–2.33 billion. The new range includes $28.0 million to $32.0 million from the iMerit acquisition, which EXL expected to close on July 31, 2026.

Philippine and Indian BPO Market Hubs: $40.3B and $59B

Philippine IT-BPM revenue reached $40.3 billion in 2025, with 1.89 million full-time employees. IBPAP forecasts $42.3 billion and 1.94 million for 2026.

The Philippines held 17% of global IT-BPM services headcount in 2025, up from 15% in 2022. IBPAP ranks it the second-largest delivery geography after India.

North America accounts for 65%–70% of Philippine IT-BPM buyers. Europe accounts for 15%–20% and the rest of Asia-Pacific for 15%.

IBPAP cut its 2028 roadmap targets in July 2026, BusinessWorld reported. The downside case is $43.3 billion and 1.85 million workers; the best case is $50.5 billion and 2.14 million.

Its original roadmap targeted $59 billion and 2.5 million by 2028. BusinessWorld cites a 2026 headcount projection of 1.96 million, compared with 1.94 million in the IBPAP overview.

India: BPM Revenue in FY26

Nasscom estimates Indian business process management revenue at $59 billion in FY26, within a $315 billion tech industry. It puts FY26 AI revenue at $10 billion to $12 billion.

Indian providers on Precedence Research’s major-player list include Wipro, which offers IT, consulting and business process services.

The same list names Infosys, which runs a separate BPM subsidiary.

How Is AI Changing the Business Process Outsourcing Market?

83%

83% of surveyed executives use AI as part of their outsourced services, based on Deloitte’s 2024 Global Outsourcing Survey. 20% are already developing strategies to manage these digital workers.
