   Geely Automobile Holdings Limited is an investment company engaged in the manufacturing of automobiles, as well as in the research, production, marketing and sales of automobiles and related automobile components.

   The controlling shareholder of the company is Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Limited, a private company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, which is wholly owned by Eric Li (Li Shufu), the Company’s substantial shareholder and chairman of its board of directors, and his associate.


   Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, the subsidiary of Geely Auto Group owning the Geely Auto, Geometry, and 50% of Lynk & Co brands, has been listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 2005.

   With its headquarter in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China and 11 manufacturing plants in Chhina + 1 JV plant in Belarus, the Group sells its 17 major vehicle models (including the “Lynk&Co” vehicle models sold by the Group’s 50%-owned joint venture, namely “Lynk&Co JV”) developed under 4 platforms & 2 modular architectures.

   The Group had more than 980 Geely dealers ,170 Geometry dealers and 295 LYNK & CO dealers in China. It also exported its products through more than 24 sales agents and 335 sales and service outlets in 35 overseas countries.

   Genius AFC is a joint venture between Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and BNP Paribas Personal Finance which provides financial products and services for licensed dealers and car buyers.


   With more than 34,000 employees, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited is considered one of the Top 2000 Largest Public Companies in the World, according to Forbes.
