   Eiffage S.A. is a construction and concessions company headquartered in Asnières-sur-Seine, France.

EIFFAGE HISTORY

   Eiffage Group was formed in 1993 by the merger of Fougerolle and SAE, and Eiffage Construction was formed in 1999 by the merger of Fougerolle, Quillery and SAE.

   Fougerolle (Creuse)

   Fougerolle was founded in 1844 by Philippe Fougerolle (1806-1883) as a family company of public works, which took part in constructing the Nivernais canal.

Quillery (Val-de-Marne)

   Quillery’s origins date back to 1863 when Emile Quillery, a mason from the Berry province in central France, founded the family business at Saint-Maur-des-Fossés in 1863, not far from the urbanization project conducted by Baron Haussmann to rebuild and transform Paris.

SAE (Paris)

   Société Auxiliaire d’Entreprises électriques et de travaux publics (SAE) was founded in 1924 in Paris by the brothers Albert and Ernest de Marchena and Gino Valatelli from Milan.


OPERATIONS

Construction

   Eiffage Route specializes in new construction and maintenance work across the French road network, from country lanes to motorways

   Eiffage Énergie Systèmes designs, builds, commissions and maintains energy systems equipment

Concessions

   Eiffage Concessions finances, designs, builds, services and, over the long term, operates infrastructure and public amenities, such as transport systems (motorways, tunnels and viaducts), solar power plants, stadiums and other sports and entertainment venues, and university facilities.
