HISTORY
SACYR was founded in 1986 as Sociedad Anónima Caminos y Regadíos.
In 1991, Sociedad Anónima Caminos y Regadíos was renamed as Sacyr.
In 2002, the company acquired 24.5% of Vallehermoso, a leading Spanish housing business founded in 1921.
In 2003, Sacyr merged with Vallehermoso to form Sacyr Vallehermoso.
SUBSIDIARIES
- Sacyr Concesiones – provides infrastructure development (transportation, sanitation, water, and waste treatment infrastructures);
- Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructure – offers construction solutions (developer of large-scale civil engineering, industrial transport infrastructure, and building projects); Civil construction, Hydro works, Maritime works, Transport infrastructure, Underground works, and Other projects;
