Agile Group Holdings Limited is a Chinese conglomerate (a multi-industry company) headquartered in Guangzhou, China. Agile entered China’s property sector in 1992 with its first residential project, Agile Garden Zhongshan.
In 1993, Agile Property Management Co., Ltd. was founded.
In 1994, Agile entered the hospitality industry with the construction of Agile Hotel Zhongshan.
In 2005, Agile Property Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In 2015, the company established A-Living and Environmental Protection business.
In 2016, the company changed its name to Agile Group Holdings Limited.
In 2017, Agile Construction was founded.
