HISTORY
China State Construction Engineering Corp. (CSCEC) was established on June 11, 1982.
On December 8, 2007, the founding meeting of China State Construction Engrg. Corp. Ltd. was held to mark the overall restructuring of the former CSCEC and also the birth of this construction real estate enterprise group.
Ten years later (December 2017), CSCEC was restructured again and renamed China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (CSCEC).
OPERATIONS
The company operates through the following business segments: Housing Construction, Infrastructure & Investment, Real Estate Investment & Development, Investigation & Design, and New Business.
Housing Construction
The Housing Construction segment covers all areas of urban project construction, such as public buildings, offices, airports, hotels, science and education, sports, residential areas, medical institutions, embassies, industry and national defense, especially super high-rise buildings.
Infrastructure & Investment
