CNH Industrial N.V. is an Italian-American agriculture and industrial vehicles manufacturer headquartered in Basildon, Essex, UK. It can trace its roots back to 1999 when Fiat Group acquired Case Corporation and merged it with New Holland N.V. to create CNH Global NV.

Case Corp. was founded in 1842, when Jerome Increase Case establishes the Racine Threshing Machine Works in Racine, Wisconsin, USA.
New Holland N.V.
New Holland was founded in 1895 in Pennsylvania, USA, by Abe Zimmerman, who produced a feed mill to help the Pennsylvania farming community.
In 2011, Fiat Industrial was formed following the demerger of the activities of Iveco, CNH Global N.V. and FPT Industrial from Fiat S.p.A.
In 2013, CNH Industrial is formed, following the merger of Fiat Industrial and CNH Global N.V.
The company designs, produces, and sells agricultural equipment and construction equipment, trucks and buses, commercial vehicles, as well as powertrain solutions for on-road and off-road and marine vehicles.
