Customer Experience Management Market
How Big Is The Customer Experience Management Market In 2026?
Four research firms publish 2026 or 2025 revenue figures for this category, and they do not agree on the base.
Growth rates cluster far more tightly than the absolute values. All four land between 13.7% and 16.2%, so the disagreement is about scope, not speed.
Fortune Business Insights counts professional and managed services alongside software. MarketsandMarkets covers a narrower offering base, which is where most of the gap sits.
| Research firm | 2025 value | 2026 value | Terminal forecast | CAGR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fortune Business Insights | $22.35B | $26.11B | $84.22B by 2034 | 15.80% (2026–2034) |
| Precedence Research | $17.86B | $20.57B | $70.64B by 2035 | 14.74% (2026–2035) |

Straits Research reported a 2024 base of $13 billion. It is also the one firm here that names Asia Pacific, not North America, as the largest region.
Customer Experience Management Market Share By Region
Regional figures below come from a single firm, so the five rows sum to the reported global total within rounding.
North America held a 37.30% share in 2025. Asia Pacific grows fastest year over year, yet adds less in absolute dollars than North America does.
| Region | 2025 value | 2026 value |
|---|---|---|
| North America | $8.34B | $9.91B |
| Europe | $5.69B | $6.48B |
| Asia Pacific | $5.07B | $5.96B |

| Middle East & Africa | $1.15B | $1.33B |

Precedence Research puts North America above 44% of 2025 revenue. That reflects a different regional allocation method rather than a conflict about underlying demand.
Country Revenue In 2026
The United States alone reaches $6.86 billion. Germany and the United Kingdom together account for just over half of European revenue.

Vendor AI Revenue In The Customer Experience Management Market
Three vendors now disclose recurring revenue attached specifically to AI products. Product scope differs by vendor, so these are three separate disclosures rather than a ranking.
| Vendor | Metric | Latest figure | Period | Year-over-year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Agentforce ARR | $1.2B | Q1 FY2027, ended Apr 30, 2026 | +205% |
| NiCE | AI ARR | $362M | Q2 2026, ended Jun 30, 2026 | +52% |
| Zendesk | AI ARR | $200M | Full year 2025 | Not disclosed |
Source: Salesforce Q1 FY2027 results; NiCE Q2 2026 results; Zendesk company statement, March 2026.
Salesforce reported combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR of nearly $3.4 billion, with more than half of quarterly bookings for those two lines coming from existing customers.
NiCE’s AI ARR equals 15% of its cloud revenue. Total revenue for the same quarter was $782.3 million, up 7.6%, so AI is growing at roughly seven times the rate of the base business.
Zendesk paired its $200 million figure with more than 20,000 customers using its AI products. CRM market size statistics show the same AI-attach pattern in the adjacent category.
Adobe Digital Experience Revenue
Adobe’s Digital Experience segment recorded $5.86 billion in fiscal 2025, up 9% from $5.37 billion. Subscription revenue inside the segment grew faster, 11% to $5.41 billion.
Source: Adobe FY2025 results, fiscal year ended November 28, 2025.
Sprinklr reported $219.5 million in total revenue for the quarter ended April 30, 2026, up 7%, with subscription revenue of $194.8 million and total remaining performance obligations of $1.04 billion. Oracle and SAP do not break out comparable CX-specific figures, which limits like-for-like comparison across the vendor set.

A separate Gartner prediction expects that by 2027, half of the companies that attributed headcount reduction to AI will rehire staff for similar functions under different job titles.

Measured Experience Quality In 2026
Forrester analysed more than 224,000 customers’ perceptions of 462 brands across 13 industries and 13 countries for its 2026 CX Index. North America turned around, Europe inched up, and Asia Pacific still has more brands falling than rising.

In the United States, airlines, credit card issuers, and the federal government declined. All six Canadian industries improved. Banking gained in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, while three Singapore industries fell.
The 2025 edition ran the other way in the United States, with 25% of brands declining against 7% improving for a second consecutive year.
Adobe and Salesforce are selling into budgets that have only just begun to show up in the independent indices.
