ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, S.A. (Grupo ACS) is a Spanish company dedicated to the construction and services activities, with headquarters in Madrid, Spain. It was founded in 1997 through the merger of OCP Construcciones, S.A. and Ginés Navarro Construcciones, S.A.
The ACS Group operates through the following business segments: Infrastructure, Industrial Services, and Services.
Infrastructure
The Infrastructure segment focuses on all types of Civil Works projects (development of infrastructures such as motorway, railway, maritime and airport works), Building (residential buildings, social infrastructure and facilities), infrastructure services (railway, transport, communications and technology, energy, resources, water and defense sectors), as well as activities related to the mining sector (carried out by CIMIC) and the development and operation of transport concessions.
Industrial Services
The Industrial Services segment focuses on the development, construction, maintenance and operation of energy, industrial and mobility infrastructures.
Services
The Services segment involves the Facility Management activities provided by Clece, which are structured into three main areas: services for people, services for buildings, and services for the city and the environment.
