       Hana Financial Group, Inc. is a South Korean financial group headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.

       The company can trace its roots to the founding of Korea Investment & Finance Corporation in 1971, which was Korea’s first financial company funded solely with private capital.

       In 1991, Hana Investment & Finance completed its conversion into a commercial bank, and renamed itself to Hana Bank.

       In December 2005, Hana Financial Group Inc. was established.
