       Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (三井不動産株式会社) is a Japan real estate developer headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It can trace its roots to the founding of the “Echigo-ya” clothing store in 1673 by Takatoshi Mitsui, founder of the House of Mitsui.

       In 1914, Mitsui Company and its real estate section was established.

       In 1941, Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. was established (wholly owned by the Mitsui family), after the separation of real estate division from the Mitsui Company.


       The company operates through the following business segments: Office Buildings, Retail Properties, Hotels and Resorts, Homes and Living, Real Estate Solutions, Logistics Properties, Venture Co-creation, Life Science, and Space & Environment Institute.
