The Insurance segment offers life and casualty insurance, such as life insurance, investment solutions, wealth planning, pensions, accidental death insurance, disability insurance and borrower insurance, as well as non-life insurance, such as motor vehicle insurance, multi-risk home insurance, accidental damage, multi-media equipment insurance, legal protection, non-bank insurance, remote surveillance and insurance for professionals.

The Payments segment provides banks and customers with payment tools, infrastructures and services.
