    HISTORY


       The company was founded as Polyus Gold in 2006 as a result of a spin-off from the gold assets of Norilsk Nickel.

       In May 2006, the company was listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange.

       In 2016, Polyus Gold changed its name to Polyus.

       In 2017, the company was listed on the London Stock Exchange.


       With more than 20,000 employees, PJSC Polyus is considered one of the largest gold producers in Russia. It is also one of the top gold producers globally and holds one of the worldโ€™s largest gold reserves.

       According to Forbes, it is considered one of the Largest Public Companies in the World.
