       Publicis Groupe SA is a multinational advertising and public relations company headquartered in Paris, France.

    HISTORY


       Publicis Groupe was founded in 1926 by Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet.

       In 1957, Publicis established Publicis Corp. in New York.

       In 1978, the UK agency Mc Cormick was acquired.

       In 1997, Publicis acquired the French TV chain TV6.

       In 2000, the Company launched a successful takeover bid of Saatchi & Saatchi, a globally recognized creative group.

       In 2002, Publicis launched the takeover of Bcom3 (Leo Burnett, MSL, SMG…) and signed a partnership with Dentsu.

       In 2004, PHCG, its first global health network is created.

       In 2006, the company took over Digitas (USA), a digital communications company.

       In January 2008, Publicis and Google announced their collaboration.

       In October, Publicis acquired Razorfish, one of the largest global digital agencies, from Microsoft.

       In 2011, the Company acquired Rosetta, a US digital agency.

       In 2015, Publicis acquired Sapient Corporation, one of the world’s largest digital networks.

       In 2019, Epsilon, the data-driven marketing and tech company and its platform Conversant, joined Publicis Groupe.

    • Publicis Health.

       With more than 70.000 employees, Publicis Groupe SA is considered one of the largest communications groups in the world. According to Forbes, it is considered one of the Largest Public Companies in the World.
