YANGO Holdings Co., Ltd. is an investment holding company headquartered in Shanghai, China. It was founded in 1995 by the entrepreneur and businessman Lin Tengjiao.
In 1996, Yango established Fujian Yango Real Estate Co., Ltd.
In 2002, through merger & reorganization, Yango established Shishi Xinfa, the predecessor company of Yango Group. That year, Yango also invested in Fujian Star-net Co., Ltd.
