       China Tower Corporation Limited is a telecommunications tower infrastructure service provider headquartered in Beijing, China. It was established on July 15, 2014, as a limited liability company in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) by China Mobile Communication Company Limited (“China Mobile Company“), China United Network Communications Corporation Limited (“China Unicom Corporation“) and China Telecom Corporation Limited (“China Telecom“) (the three telecommunications service providers in China collectively referred to as the “Three TSPs”).

       China Mobile Company is one of the largest mobile telecommunications corporations by market capitalization, and also one of the world’s largest mobile network operators by the total number of subscribers. It was incorporated in 1997 as China Telecom (Hong Kong) Limited, and it was born as China Mobile from the 1999 break-up of China Telecommunications Corporation.

    China Unicom

       China Unicom is one of the largest mobile service providers by subscriber base. It was founded as a state-owned wireless paging and GSM mobile operator on 18 June 1994  by the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Electronics Industry, and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry.

    China Telecom

       China Telecom is a Chinese telecommunications company incorporated as a limited company on September 10, 2002.


    The Company provides a comprehensive wide of services in its traditional tower business and indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) business for the telecommunications industry, as well as in Trans-sector Site Application and Information (TSSAI) business and energy operation business.

       With more than 23 000 employees, China Tower Corp., Ltd. is considered one of the world’s largest telecommunications tower infrastructure service providers. According to Forbes, it is considered one of the top 2000 largest public companies in the world.
