HISTORY
Penske Automotive was originally founded as United Automotive Group in 1990.
In 1999, the company was acquired by Penske Corporation and Roger Penske.
In 2007, United Automotive Group changed its corporate name to Penske Automotive Group, Inc.
OPERATIONS
The company operates dealerships in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Italy. PAG also distributes and retails commercial vehicles, diesel and gas engines, power systems, and related parts and services in Australia and New Zealand.
