The Forged Products segment manufactures forged components from sophisticated titanium and nickel-based alloys principally for the aerospace and power markets, and manufactures metal alloys used to produce forged components for aerospace and non-aerospace markets which include products for oil and gas, chemical processing, and pollution control applications. The Airframe Products segment produces highly engineered fasteners, fastener systems, aero structures, and precision components for critical applications in the aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery markets. The company was founded on April 1, 1953 and is headquartered in Portland, OR.
