China Tower Corporation Limited is a telecommunications tower infrastructure service provider headquartered in Beijing, China. It was established on July 15, 2014, as a limited liability company in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) by China Mobile Communication Company Limited (“China Mobile Company“), China United Network Communications Corporation Limited (“China Unicom Corporation“) and China Telecom Corporation Limited (“China Telecom“) (the three telecommunications service providers in China collectively referred to as the “Three TSPs”).
