The Aerospace division designs, manufactures and support of innovative aviation products. Its aircraft portfolio includes a comprehensive line of business aircraft, commercial aircraft, including regional jets, turboprops and single-aisle mainline jets, as well as specialized and amphibious aircraft. It also offers aftermarket services as well as flexjet fractional ownership and flight entitlement programs. The Transportation division provides rail solutions, which includes trains, sub-systems, maintenance services, system integration and signalling. Its transportation solutions include rail vehicles, propulsion and controls, bogies, transportation systems, vehicle refurbishment and modernization rail control solutions, fleet maintenance, operations and maintenance and material management. The company was founded on June 19, 1902 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
