Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited is a multinational automotive retail and services company headquartered in Beijing, China.
The Group owns a comprehensive 4S (Sales, Service, Spare parts and Surveys- customer feedback) dealership network nationwide, covering many regions across the country.
In addition to new automobile and used-car sales business, the Group’s after-sales businesses offer spare parts, automobile accessories, repair and maintenance services, auto finance, insurance, and other automobile-related products and services.

ZHONGSHENG HISTORY
In 1998, Zhongsheng opened its first Toyota and Nissan dealerships. Zhongsheng was the first company to be granted dealership rights by Toyota.
In 1999, the first Audi dealership was opened. Zhongsheng was one of the first authorized dealerships for Audi in China.
In 2000, the first dealership in Yunnan Province was opened.
In 2001, the first dealership in Fujian Province was opened.
In 2002, the first dealership in Shanghai was opened.
In 2003, the first dealership in Jiangsu Province was opened.
In 2005, the first Lexus dealership and Honda dealership was opened. It was also opened the first dealership in Guangdong Province. Zhongsheng was also one of the first authorized dealerships for Lexus in China.
In 2007, the first dealership in Sichuan Province was opened.
In 2008, the first dealership in Shandong Province was opened.
In 2009, the first Mercedes-Benz dealership was opened.
In 2010, Zhongsheng was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In 2012, the first Jaguar & Land Rover dealership was opened.
In 2017, the first Jaguar & Land Rover and Volvo dealership were opened in Dalian.
With over 29,000 employees and over 385 dealerships covering more than 90 cities across China, Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited is considered one of the largest national automobile dealership groups in China. According to Forbes, it is considered one of the Top 2000 Largest Public Companies in the World.
